Roasted chiles are one of our favorite things in the produce area of Spencer’s. What’s better?
Roasted chiles in quesadillas. Better yet… Sampling all of the flavors of chiles in freshly made quesadillas right at the source of the roasting chiles along with samples of salsas and pies.
It’s pretty great. Try all of the flavors of chiles to find out what heat level you like best, then watch them be roasted, washed, and bagged to take home. Sample some pies to take home for dessert, and while you’re here, wish Mr. JR Spencer a happy 95th birthday! Part of the fun includes a Mariachi band from 11-1 and birthday cake to celebrate such a milestone birthday.
