What is Quesadilla Day? Our favorite day! Why? Live music, the smell of fire-roasting Colorado chiles, and samples of our favorite foods!
We take all of our types of roasted Colorado chiles and cook them into quesadillas so you can find the perfect balance of heat and flavor for your home cooking. We also have samples of pies, salsas, jams, and canned goods.
From 11-1, our friends from Mariachi Lobos perform, and we’ll celebrate Noble Spencer Jr.’s 99th birthday!
